Our Portfolio

Real projects. Real challenges. Real solutions we're actually proud of.

Over the years, we've worked on spaces that people live in, work in, and sometimes just walk past wondering what's going on inside. Here's what keeps us up at night - in a good way.

Riverside Manufacturing Hub
Industrial

Riverside Manufacturing Hub

Converted an old paper mill into a mixed-use facility that actually works for modern manufacturing. Kept the bones, upgraded everything else. The owners still can't believe we pulled it off within budget.

Toronto, ON 2024 45,000 sq ft
Liberty Village Townhomes
Residential

Liberty Village Townhomes

Eight units that don't look like every other townhouse on the block. Passive solar design means lower bills - which the residents remind us about constantly.

Toronto, ON 2023
Queen West Office Complex
Commercial

Queen West Office Complex

Six-story build that fits into the neighborhood without trying too hard. Street-level retail, offices above, rooftop terrace that's actually usable.

Toronto, ON 2024
Distillery District Adaptive Reuse
Renovation

Distillery District Adaptive Reuse

1890s warehouse turned into restaurant and event space. Heritage committee gave us hell, but we managed to keep the character while making it actually functional. Worth every meeting.

Toronto, ON 2023
Junction Mixed-Use Development
Mixed-Use

Junction Mixed-Use Development

Retail on ground level, 24 residential units above. Balconies that people actually use and parking that doesn't dominate the streetscape. Small victories.

Toronto, ON 2024
Port Lands Distribution Center
Industrial

Port Lands Distribution Center

120,000 sq ft of logistics space that doesn't look like a big box. Solar panels, natural ventilation, and loading bays that actually make sense for the trucks.

Toronto, ON 2023
Harbourfront Public Plaza
Urban Planning

Harbourfront Public Plaza

Redesigned 2 acres of waterfront space that people actually want to hang out in. Seating that's comfortable, lighting that works after dark, and enough trees to provide real shade in summer.

Toronto, ON 2024 87,000 sq ft
Leslieville Residential Tower
Residential

Leslieville Residential Tower

12-story mid-rise with 86 units. Fought hard for the green roof and got it. Cross-ventilation in every unit means less AC, and the corner balconies everyone wanted? Yeah, we made those work too.

Toronto, ON 2025 78,000 sq ft
King Street Cafe Renovation
Commercial

King Street Cafe Renovation

Tiny 1,200 sq ft space that needed to seat 40 people. Exposed brick, new skylights, and a layout that actually flows during rush hour.

Toronto, ON 2023
West End Brewery & Taproom
Industrial

West End Brewery & Taproom

Production facility meets public space. Steel tanks as design features, polished concrete floors that can take a beating, and sightlines that let customers watch the brewing process.

Toronto, ON 2024
Bloor West Village Homes
Residential

Bloor West Village Homes

Twelve attached homes on a tight infill lot. Everyone wanted privacy, natural light, and outdoor space. Took some creative thinking with the rooflines and courtyard layout, but we got there. Sold out before completion.

Toronto, ON 2024 24,000 sq ft total
Downtown Co-Working Hub
Commercial

Downtown Co-Working Hub

15,000 sq ft across two floors. Mix of open desks, private offices, and meeting rooms. Acoustics were tricky but we nailed it - you can actually concentrate in there.

Toronto, ON 2023
Cabbagetown Victorian Addition
Renovation

Cabbagetown Victorian Addition

1880s house needed a modern addition. Kept the front respectful, went bold with glass and steel in the back. Neighbors were skeptical at first, now they're fans.

Toronto, ON 2024
Parkdale Community Park
Urban Planning

Parkdale Community Park

Half-acre pocket park with play areas, seating zones, and native plantings. Drainage was a nightmare but rainwater gardens solved it. Community helped design it, which made everything better.
